To qualify as an uncontested divorce through our office, both parties must reach a full agreement on all major issues before filing. To proceed under these terms, you and your spouse must agree on the following:

  • Asset & Debt Division: Allocation of all checking accounts, savings accounts, and retirement accounts, as well as responsibility for all marital debts.
  • Alimony: The inclusion or exclusion of spousal support.
  • Cooperation: Both parties must work together to provide our firm with all necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Parenting Plans (if minor children are involved): Both parties must agree on a permanent parenting plan schedule and the state-mandated child support amount calculated under Tennessee guidelines.
  • Please note: If either party retains opposing counsel, the divorce is no longer considered uncontested.

Simple, Flat-Fee Divorce Representation

We assist clients withuncontested divorce on a flat fee rate in our office, clients are still responsible for court costs of filing throught the court that vary depending on the county. 

  • Uncontested Divorce no children: $1,499 + court costs
  • Uncontested Divorce with children: $1,799 + court costs

The state of Tennesee also has mandatory waiting period was the documents have been filed. The madatory waiting period of a divorce without children is 60 days, and the madotory waiting period with children is 90 days.
